Hearing Everett News
Hearing Everett is coming to the Outreach Film Festival in San Diego on Thursday, November 5th. The two day conference and film festival is expected to draw over 1,000 attendees from churches across the country. Admission to the film festival is free. In other news, Hearing Everett has been awarded the "Redemptive Storyteller Award" at this year's Redemptive Film Festival held on October 16-17th in Virginia Beach.

Santa Ana Serving
Saturday, Oct 3rd is the next Saturday Santa Ana Project Outreach. Volunteer time is from 8:00 AM to about 1:00 PM, and we do need 5-6 volunteers to stay for clean up, 12:00-2:30 PM... On arrival, please check in at the REGISTRATION table and pick up your name tags. Please wear closed toe shoes , use SUN SCREEN and wear a HAT.
Parking is at the GRAND AVENUE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (tall concrete cross in front), 2121 N. Grand Ave. Santa Ana, 92705 and a shuttle bus will bring you to the distribution site parking lot at 1206 East 17th street. The shuttle bus starts at 8:00 AM. PLEASE email Dimitri at 111@sahgma.com or call 714 357-0587 if you are planning you attend as an accurate volunteer count is necessary to make the day run smoothly! Also, dont forget that the free medical clinic is always looking for qualified doctors, P.A.'s and RN's to donate 1 4hr block per month. UPCOMING DATES:

What a enormous privilege it was to partner with Feed My Starving Children to pack meals this past weekend! The food packed is being sent to the famine stricken area called the "dry corridor" in Guatemala. The staff of FMSC were amazing servants for God that directed the food packing event with incredible efficiency and grace. A special thanks to all you volunteers that selflessly gave of your time and energy. It was a special time as we came together as the body of Christ to provide food for His children- the Joy of the Lord radiated throughout the event!
I invite you to come join us at our only "gala event fundraiser" of the year this Sunday, October 4th @ 5PM, as we strive to finish raising funds for the Door of Faith Nursery project. Please pray that God expands our territory and guides us on our journey to help children and families in crisis situations and despair.

Join us at the Rancho Santa Margarita Bell Tower for an evening filled with fun and fellowship. Enjoy a gourmet meal by Hanna's of RSM, a live concert performance featuring Mike Wallace and Sheena Loza, and Silent Auction. Proceeds of the event will go toward the completion of the Door of Faith Nursery Project.
Cost for the event is $100.00 per plate, a portion of which is tax deductible.

Over 113,000 Volunteer Packed Meals Headed to Guatemala!!
Feed My Starving Children, Strong Tower Ministries, and starving families in the "Dry Corridor" region of Guatemala are extremely thankful to the over 550 men, women, and children who during a two day period packaged over 570 cases of food, which in total added up to 113,400 meals. That's enough meals to feed over 300 children for a year straight! In all, over 7 churches, 3 companies, 2 colleges, 4 Boy and Girls Scout groups, 3 high schools, 4 sports teams, and a multitude of families, small groups, and individuals came together to exceed the goal of 100,000 meals we had targeted for the two day period.
