Santa Ana Food Bank Ministry
Mark your
calendars for the Saturday July serving dates of the 11th and 16th.
Hundreds of families continue to be blessed by receiving prayer,
food, clothing, and medical attention. This is a great
opportunity to get your family or small group involved in an ongoing
serving project. You can spend your time packing groceries in the
newly acquired warehouse, helping with set up and take down, or
meeting, greeting, and handing out food to Santa
Ana families in need. Plus you get to meet new friends from
other local churches who are involved in the the outreach event. Just
make sure to contact Dimitri at 714 357-0587 or call us at 800
619-5351 ahead of time to let us know how many are coming and how
long you can stay.
Please keep
in mind we are always looking for:

will go towards the Door of Faith Nursery Building Project. If you

The DOF Nursery is starting
to take shape!! To date, we have had thousands of volunteer hours
contributed and over $100,000 in donations. Your next chance
to join in will be on Saturday,
July
18th when we plan to install first floor
windows, finish some framing, and help some kids decorate some of
their sponsored tiles you have contributed towards. So dial up your
construction buddies, plan to build or bar-b-que, or just hang
out with the kids for a day of fun and serving.

big thanks to Eric and Dave and some DOF staff who spent a couple
days in June installing the roof and framing some interior second
story walls of the DOF Nursery.

Starting in June, a valid
Passport or Passport Card will be the only acceptable form of
identification for those traveling to and from Mexico by
automobile. Kids under 14 can still get across with just a copy of
birth certificate. There will be plenty of serving trips in Mexico
coming up this summer so don't delay in getting your's! You
can go to certain local libraries and post offices that make it a
quick and easy process. For more information on Passport
